6oz of slow MAS should be thick and warm by now if its in a single mass. Spread out on the glass it'll still be wet in one hour and barely tacky. Are you saying you've got 6oz sitting in a cup for an hour or that you've mixed 6oz, used it and what's left in the cup isn't warm and gelled up?
