I agree with Charlie on the thinner, use what the manufactuer recomends. It will be designed to evaporate at the correct rate for your varnish. As far as penetrol goes, any paint store or big box home store will have it.

So you are going to ECCKF next month, look for us there. We will be camping in the r/v section of the campground and will either be driving a black Toyota Tacoma or a gold 4Runner. Look for a dark blue ch 17 and my other boat which looks a lot like a north bay with a bunch of onlays on the deck. Hope to see you there.-Joey
