Actually it's the 18 gauge sent with the kit from CLC. It was a tough squeeze to get the pliers to lock after the first few hundred wires, but overall it saved a lot of hand twisting. Two novice builders got an entire Passagemaker stitched (8 12-foot panels and 2 transoms) in a little over 6 hours yesterday. The twisters were clearly more efficient than the lineman's once I got a technique down.
