You roll out all of the exterior 'glass layers at once, "do it in one session," as it says on Page 25. With the low viscosity epoxies we use it's no problem to wet out the various layers all at once. Way easier to spread everything out neatly while the fabric is still dry, and the bond between the layers is stronger if it's all done at once.

The four photos on Page 25 show all three layers being wetted out at one time.
