I use the boat dolly that clc sells to roll my yak about 1/2 to one of my favored launch sites. It works great (the terrain is rough but not too sandy or marshy), I can load all my fishing gear etc and roll it to the shore...the dolly comes appart with a couple of cotter pins and fits in the hatch. I flyfish the salt water from a boat that is similar to the MC and it is plenty stable for swinging a 9ft 9wt rod across the beam (once in a while the fish are quite hefty too) no problem. Light boats are stealthy.
