It is very easy to wet out and work with, but I (and others) found that the 3.25 oz scratched easily, I think it is okay for strength in preventing catestrophic damage, but it is too easy to scratch. The 6 oz satin s-glass resisted scratches much better in Ted Henry's tests, which seems to be the case too.
