If you leave your epoxy bottles out in the cold, point a light bulb at them to keep them at room temperature. Otherwise, keep them in a cardboard box and carry them into the house.

I would work hard to keep the temperature of the boat assembly itself up at shirt-sleeve temperatures throughout the cure cycle---maybe with lightbulbs as detailed in the link below. While the air temperature will rise quickly when you turn the heat on, the boat hull will take a lot longer to catch up.
