Exopy Shelf-Life

I bought my Chesapeake 17 kit in April 2005 and since then I have only gotten as far as stitching the hull panels together. I'm ready to start epoxy fillets, but wondered if the epoxy that came with my kit is still Ok to us. The containers were opened early last summer in order to complete the scarf joints.
