Your are right Darryl, thanks for reminding me about that. I need to read this site more often. Been posting here for about 3 years and kinda took for granted the "tips" section. I was nervous using the kerosene heater and turned it off every night at bedtime. It was good for heating the air, but the surface temp of the kayak was slow to rise. Now all I do is warm the surface before coating and leave them on while curing. They are much safer than the heater. Just finished fill coat #2 3 hours ago and it's ready for another. I might actually finish this thing before spring!
