Sheer Water Palns

I have built a Ches 17LT from a kit and would like to build my next boat from plans. When will the SheerWater plans be ready for sale. I would like to use Sapele for the side panels on the deck and the comeing then Okoume for the top deck piece, so plans seem to be the way to go.
