The Arctic Hawk is the same beam as the Shearwater 17 but a foot longer. That adds up to a lot of additional payload.
Since you're so light, you could probably put more than a 100lbs of gear in the Shearwater 17---what isn't in your torso is being stowed low in the boat, like ballast. We make the upper limits somewhat conservative because a 270-pound guy getting into a Shearwater is going to have stability problems. The math is different if most of the weight is in gear stowed low in the boat.
