Hopefully the pic will come up. Made from scrap aluminium. The sides are from the local tip and I think are U channels salvaged from a window from. Slots cut in the sides for adjustments of the cross piece. Held down with a bit of bungie cord to stop it falling out if I go belly up. For adjustment I just reach in, lift up, slide along to appriate slot and drop in. The control cables go through the top then down the back through another hole (or around a hinge pin) and then to the front bulkhead. This negates the worry of cable adjustment lenght.
