Fast hardener

Using West Systems fast hardener in 55 degree to 60 degree garage; how long is pot life? How long for set up on boat. I am having run problems with the regular hardener. Any body else not real happy with 4 oz mat? Seems to move around a lot and "bubble" up. Around the coaming pieces, would it be useful to wad it up to break the stiffness so it would form around all the tight curves? I took her out yeaterday in "rough" finish, she floated and manuvered fine. May have been the last warm day to try her out here in NW Pa.
