Morris' book is very good. That said, why limit yourself to one book? I'd recommend that you read what is available on the subject and combine ideas from different authors. Each of them puts their own unique interpretation on the subject. The book by H.C. Petersen is the closest to what you see being built in Greenland today, but leaves many details as an "exercise".
