Get 3/8" drill. Drill hole through ends. If it doesn't go through solid epoxy put 3/8 clear plastic hose through hole, put kayak on end and pour 1oz of slightly thickened epoxy into ends. When It cures pull out tube. Round out hole WELL, (round grinding stone on drill works) ,seal with couple coats of epoxy slightly thickened with cabosil (helps with rope wear). Attach toggle. Not a grab loop.
