If you do get a drip - HERE I AM! Try scraping it off with a carbide scraper before sanding. Get it while its green or only semi-cured. I also hate to sand when not necessary - and I use cabinet scrapers to smooth epoxy prior to varnishing. I swear 3M's stock has bottomed-out since I switched to scraping.
