Tony is right. If the lines are fair and the same on both sides you are fine. The way the wood bends may make you off by more than that. Its said that S&G can take bigger gaps than most builders can! If you build to a 1/16th you are better than most. Read some of the forum posts about how the bulkheads do not fit on kit built boats to get an ideal of the play involved.
