Hi Jim,
If it really did 3-2, it won't cure and all you can do is scrape and try again.
If the mix was close enough for a cure, a resin-rich mix will yield a softer joint, a hardener-rich mixture a more brittle one. But as long as it completely cures you should be OK either way.
If you're feeling nervous, make sure that you have a good mixture and put another layer of tape on the seams.
