Glas cloth not long enuf?

I'm getting ready to glass the outside hull of a CH17LT. I laid the cloth over the hull and it measures approximately 38" x 13'. There is no way that this is long enough to cover the whole length of the hull. Even if I lay it out corner to opposite corner it still is not long enough. Did they screw up and send me a piece of cloth that is too short, or am I missing something?
