Jay, In the Watertribe Everglades Challenge the paddlers do 3-4.5 mph for 12 to 20 hrs a day for the 300 mile event. Those who finish take 4 to 8 days. Some are very serious and some are enjoying the trip. The event is held in March from Tampa to Key Largo. Dave
