Kirk,

The big problem with GP's on wide and high kayaks is that we can't hold the paddle low enough to achieve proper technique without bashing the begeebers out of our knuckles.

Until I build my Skin on Frame or at least an Artic Hawk, I'm using my GP with a small Sit on Top with no coaming or deck.

I'm in love with the paddle so much that I'm going to give it a real Greenland kayak to play with.

The $3.00 2x4 gets a $1000.00 playmate - sounds about right....

But by all means - make one and try it out - it's great fun anyway - and What a Conversation Starter.
