Howard if you go out with John C make sure to bring plenty of fluids. You WILL spend the day drooling at his beautiful creations. I mean that man can build some boats. Good news you can now go to the TEXAS BUILDERS BASH, that is reason enough to move. I made it to the 1st one but this years fell on my sons 1st birthday and my wife wouldnt fall for any of my excuses about going to Austin instead of having a party. So where are you actually moving to Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, some people call it all Dallas.
