Lee, if I understand you correclty the reduction in max. beam from 23 1/2" to 23" is less of a worry than having the aft bulkhead so far back from its proper place. I can certainly live with the slight redcution in beam if it really does not make any difference. The bulkhead deoes fit in its proper place with the narrower beam. Everything else look fine.
