Don't have page 5

My plans for the MC 16.5 is dated 11-19-95 doesn't have page 5 but it has page 4 where the hatch drawing appears full size but does not locate the frames as you mention. My brother bought this kit from you about 4-5 yrs. ago and I purchased the instructions book from you a couple of months ago. I have purchased some missing stuff from you ( I am customer #86934)and I am now very close to finishing it. Except for the sail kit. How can I purchase the missing page 5. tks for all the great help.
