Lessons in New England?

Okay, I've built the kayak, I've put numerous miles on in mild conditions. I'd love to go out and experience some more challenging conditions, but, and here's the key, I'd really like to be able to come back home afterwards too...

Does anyone in the MA/Southern NH area know where I could get some lessons in proper technique, self rescue, rolling even? I'm not looking to compete, but it would be cool to have a couple of reliable tricks up my sleeve in case things get weird?

Any tips would be appreciated.
