Tony, That shot of your SOF has me inspired. I am curious though. Did you add wedges to your gunwales to gain a little more shear on the ends, or did you simply follow the 17� principle? The shape of your kayak is exactly what I am hoping to achive with mine. I am assuming that you did shape the tops of them a bit to get rid of the hump from "pinching" the end.
