Like the Northbay a few folks have modified the Chesapeake to give it a more distinctive lean to turn handling. You're better off trying designs that already have the desired attributes than modifying a finished design. With s&g if you try to just remove a little bit here or there often times you get unintended consequences or funny gaps,,nothing wrong with experimenting and learning though.
