no, not sandable, hard

so that you can do something with it. It sometimes takes 4 days in that cool weather for MAS to be sandable. In cooler weather like that I normally use only WEST, since it will cure overnight usually and be somewhat sandable within that next day - USUALLY.
In hot weather the cure rates of the two are pretty much the same- in cool weather the WEST epoxy will cure in one third to half (or less) the time it takes MAS. Nothing wrong with the slow cure , but if you are working to a schedule it's something to be aware of.
