Just out our curosity. Did you add an additional bulkhead and then make the second cockpit? Did you shift the main cockpit forward for balance? How much does the dog weight? (mine are 60 and 25 #. I think I could handle the 25# but the big one doesn't like the water and if he shifted sides we would be practicing wet exits.

Looks like fun. I applaud your efforts.

Can you set up a cart and harness to have him portage the boat for you?
