6 boats!! wow, thats amazing....I'd like to build the Outer Island next.

I went ahead and cut all my fiberglass cloth all in one day and early on, then rolled each piece, labeled its location and its page number....its worked out great, but it was teadious, I spent almost four hours doing it. I was terrified that I would run out....lol...

As far as the silica, I used the exact measurements in the book, with actual measuring spoons, but it never came out thick enough, I always had to add more, including wood flour to thicken it up enough...looking back, maybe I should have just added more wood flour?
