Kayak construction cost..

I have been looking and CLC sells "System Three SilverTip #1 Economy Kit" (which includes 1 gallon resin, 1/2 gallon slow hardener, 1/2 gallon wood flour, 1 quart Cab-O-Sil, dispensing pumps) for 120$ AND marine plywood (4 mm 4x8) for 49$ each. Assuming 3 sheets of plywood and one kit would be sufficient to build one kayak, I estimate the cost to be 270$. If I add 50$ for misc materials the total cost should be around 320$? Does that sound reasonable? Please let me know if I am even close to a realistic figure. thanks!
