Cost estimation please=-)

I am considering buying the plans to build my first chesapeake. Years ago I built a stitch-n-glue kayak with my brother but this will be my first atempt solo. What I really would like is a basic material cost breakdown for a 16 foot stitch-n-glue. for example, how much epoxy, resin, and hardener should I expect to use? Is it cost effective to buy an epoxy kit from CLC? and is 40$ per sheet of 4X8 marine plywood a reasonable estimation? Anyone know how many sheets I will probably need? Can the basic structure of this kayak (not including rigging or other accutraments) be built for 350$?
