Steve, that makes so much sense, yet it never occurred to me. I regularly reuse mixing containers, but only after they have been cleaned with alcohol/vinegar, wiped and dryed. Containers usually sit overnight or longer before reuse, still I have had the occasional "funky" batch. Hmmmm, I wonder if that might be contributory? Thanks again for your insight and experience.
