I haven't had it happen but Tobys voice of experience is worth following. I think if you have one area sticky and one area hard in a couple days then you have an insufficient ratio of hardener/resin WITHIN the batch. If the entire batch had a bad ratio then the entire application would be sticky,,that one area is hard and another sticky points to insufficient mixing. Anywho if heat doesn't do it then scraping up the uncured and reapplying a new patch makes sense. MAS slow cure is VERY slow, at 60 degrees a poor batch might take days to cure past the sticky stage. That's why applying heat will tell you if it's worth scraping or not. If it doesn't cure up with a warm lamp in a day then it's not going to cure up for weeks.
