Re: Epoxy recoat time?

Is epoxy "recoat without sanding within 72 hrs" correct? How about applying 4oz fibler-glass cloth, without sanding, within 72 hrs. I intend to apply fiberglass cloth to the inside of the hull bottom. It seems that this area is going to get a lot of stepping in and out abrasion.
