Thanks for the reply Joey- It is raw not paper backed. I worked on it last night and I think I found the problem. I did not put the contact cement of both the boat and the veneer. I sanded all the cement off the boat last night, it took forever, it kept gumming up the paper. So on the second attempt, I sanded the back of the veneer, put two coats on both the veneer and the boat and rolled the crap out of it with a veneer roller. All you yankees enjoy your weather its going to be 102 here in Texas today, the shop never cools below 80 degrees at night.
