ok, two more questions

I've read conflicting reports on two issues and I'd like to hear opions and experiences on each. I know, I know, I dont even have my kit yet so I dont know what the instructions say in it...lol..only what I've been reading online.

1. Is it "better" to seal the hull with epoxy before applying the fiberglass/epoxy layer?

2. Put a Primer kote under brightsides or not? I've read both to use it and to not use it. I read that primer under brightsides seems to make it chip off easier.
