I'm not sure if I have a "solid" (I assume you mean tight fit?) enough setup. Is there a guideline for the snugness linked somewhere?

If I had to guess, I would say that It could have a bit snugger fit to it.

Robert;

I have dialup so I have to wait till I can get access to a DSL connection before viewing those clips.

Potential Instructors;

I guess I could work just as well with a Male instructor if I can't find a Female one for some rolling instruction.

I don't do classes very well. Unfortunately, I get distracted easily. Of course I need to Pay for the personal attention. It seems to work best for me.
