epoxy/glass separation

I am at the stage where of last touch-up epoxy prior to varnish on my Ch 17. Along the deck hull chine I have noticed cracking, that was likely cause by some floating of the glass at the chine and resulted in a separation and several spots where this has become thin and cracked. It appears as oval divots.

What is the best fix for this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
