Thanks, Mislav. you are probably correct on the L's facing in one direction. I didn't think of that. concerned that it would slide out if loose. The bolts have been holding up quite well. I use a portable electric drill and socket to spin off and on. I was concerned that the original design with screw holes would wear out. That is the fun of building your own boat, You have the choice to innovate and screw up. Enjoy.
