Dang boy, that's a lotta water! Did you install weatherstripping, or any other gasket material to your hatches? Are there any large gaping holes in your hull perchance??

I build some pretty leaky boats myself, use a really leaky skirt - or no skirt at all - and roll incessantly, but have never flooded a boat so quickly as you describe. Well, except for rolling sans skirt maybe.
