Which hard chine boat?

I realize this question has probably been asked many times here. I will be building my first S&G kayak and have narrowed three my choices to the CLC Chesapeak 17LT, Pygmy Arctic Tern, and the Shearwater Merganser 17W. I am 6' 3" tall and weigh ~185. Can anyone offer advice on the strengths and/or weaknesses of these craft. All the companies seem to have good support, etc. but do include differing items in the kit packages. Your comments are appreciated.
