MOST of my strips are 3/16" to 7/32" thick, some vary slightly under 3/16". I milled my own strips from 6-8'redwood, WR Cedar being too far to drive for the difference in workability/weight, etc.. On a couple of the worst steps I actually stripped a piece over the low spot. Matching the grain pretty well in most places. The worst will result in a 15' strip job; can't see the error from 15' away. I hope. Still more scraping, sanding to do. RogerJ
