The Sharpie's masts weigh 25-30lbs each and should be an easy lift for an average adult. You have to choreograph carefully and seat them in one smooth motion; you don't want to get caught halfway.

I have rigged John's Sharpie solo these many years and more. We use a really lightweight small boat trailer for ours.
