Gortex

Was speaking with our local Canpar (Canadian Courrier) driver the other day, and he was saying that he wished the company would spring for Gortex rain gear. He like myself, perspires heavily when wearing anything truely waterproof. He said that Gortex is rain proof but breathes.

Any thoughts - suggestions - as applies to light craft rain gear?
