Ordered Kit! Question

Just ordered the Eastport Pram kit. For my limited use and storage, I think the Pram is the best bet. I believe that I am competent enough that I could sell it at a fair price if I need something bigger (Skerry).

I just ordered the rowboat but take it I could convert it to sailing later, correct?
