4oz deck 'glass is standard in the kit.

Standard in the kit is 20 feet of bungie, plus webbing and fasteners to hold it in place.

On a 14, a quart ought to just do three coats on the hull and deck.

The Ch14 has 3mm sides and a 3mm deck. The specified weight anticipates the standard 6oz fabric on the sides and bottom of the hull, and 4oz fabric on the deck.
