I've seen trolling motors on some pretty small boats (canoes, inflatable dinghies).
The issue may not be as much the motor, as positioning and securing the heavy battery and running the cable.
There used to be a very light (12 lbs.) gas operated kicker available, but then you'd have the gas can to stow, as well as the noise, fumes and pollution of the (presumably) 2-sroke engine.
Still, doable on a very small boat, including the MC 13.
What about a galley slave? Worked for the Romans.
