Wood flour (ie from System 3) will be a bit light normally but if you can find some other hardwood dust you can make a custom blend that will match your plywood perfectly. But as Lee says its not likely worth the effort since it will be obvious they are fillets anyway. Cabosil will make an ugly yellowed fillet after glass, epoxy and varnish even though the fillets start out nice and white. If you can get to a local cabinet shop they will give you more wood sanding dust than you can carry. I have a grocery bag full of hardwood dust that cures very dark brown if mixed with epoxy. I can make just about any shade of wood grain color I want by using different mix ratios with this and the System 3 wood flour or cabosil.
