skerry

I haven't been here for a long while. built a Chesapeake 18 with a sailing rig a few years ago. I am now contemplating building a Skerry. anyone out there in CLC land built one of these. Lines look sweet and I like that lapstrake look. Was a sailer long before a kayaker. Though a couple of 50 gallon drums lashed to a couple of long wooden poles was my first boating experience. Adventurous, but not very smart. At least that's what the coast guard told us about a mile out on Lake Erie. 12 year olds, go figure.
